MBConsulting Associates is a group of independent professional Information Technology consultants, based in San Diego, California. Founded by Moira Berman in 1999 to provide project management services to the location-based entertainment industry, (indoor and outdoor entertainment venues), the company's initial focus was assisting clients in all aspects of systems implementation. Saving the clients money through identifying the right systems, negotiating with vendors, and successfully project managing the entire process, resulted in 100% client satisfaction and an excellent reputation. More recently services have expanded into other industries and specialties, while remaining focused on assisting companies with their information systems (IS and IT) projects.

In 2003, in response to the need for companies to comply with Sarbanes Oxley 404 regulations, MBConsulting quickly developed a workable, streamlined and successful risk-based approach for IT SOX compliance. Focusing on small to medium sized companies MBConsulting is able to assist in all aspects of IT SOX compliance including helping to streamline the control processes.

Our general consulting services in a variety of industries include IS/IT strategy and matching the Information Technology direction with business strategy; building a PMO; business process modeling and improvement; requirements specification; system selection and implementation. Industry experience includes Retail, Food Services, Consumer Products (supply chain), High Tech and Biotech.

Associates working with the company are professional consultants, with an average of over 15 years experience in IT leadership. In addition, MBConsulting has strategic alliances with other carefully selected consulting firms to augment our skill set as needed.
